Approve a supplier sender once and Gmail forwards only its invoice-like emails.
Read-only reconciliation Gmail filter check This check does not alter Gmail.
Compare every active Billing rule with the connected mailbox and identify missing, changed or duplicate rules, plus forwarding filters outside Billing management.
Run the read-only check whenever Gmail rules may have been changed outside Billing.
